Due to popular demand, another scavenger hunt has been added to the Cincinnati market for those who weren't able to grab one of 10 pairs of tickets to his previous recent shows. Starting at 8am EST, on August 7 the Facebook pages of I Love This Bar & Grill - Cincinnati and Wild Shot Mezcal will post clues to find the five envelopes, hidden locally, with up to $ 100 cash and tickets for the Toby Keith concert the next day at Cincinnati's Riverbend Music Center.
Not everyone will be able to join in the hunt, so the Drinks After Works Sweepstakes courtesy of Wild Shot Mezcal offers another chance to share a beverage with the acclaimed entertainer. Music lovers 21-and-over can still enter at facebook.com/wildshotmezcal through Aug. 31.
And if that doesn't pan out, thirsty folks can always make a run to Virginia, as Wild Shot has just been made widely available there. "Wild Shot Mezcal is excited and honored to be fully listed in the State of VA," says the brand's CMO Shawn Harlan. "Consumers can find Wild Shot at any local ABC store in the state."
Those wondering how to achieve the desired effect can always take a few pointers from the man himself: "It's always drinks during and after," Toby recently told the Toronto Sun. "And
a few before. I usually wait 'til about 15 minutes before we go to do our meet and greet and then I've got this [smoked agave mezcal] - it's called Wild Shot and we put it on the market in the States and it's done really well; - and I keep some in the freezer. So I pour me a little slug of that, just before the meet-and-greet and get the pipes (cleared) out and get your head pointed toward partyville. Then I go do the meet and greet; come back; do another little bit and then walk on stage. And, then, of course I've got my red [S]olo cup full of good stuff. And then I just kind of sip through the night."
And why not? Toby Keith has a lot to celebrate. His Shut Up And Hold On Tour Presented by Ford F-Series continues through October; see the full list of dates at www.tobykeith.com.
